Description:
Peak 7 Adventures is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization established in 2006. Located in Washington, the focus is on serving all people, with a specific and targeted interest in serving troubled, underserved youth. The organization is dedicated to challenging people to discover who they are in relation to who God is through experiencing wilderness and facing the challenges it brings. Peak 7 Adventures accomplishes this goal through rafting and backpacking adventures. The itineraries of these trips are designed to take participants outside their comfort zone to experience the adventurous outdoors. The founding belief behind Peak 7 programming is that by spending time in the wilderness, taking risks and seeking solitude, participants will gain more than just adventure skills that will help them succeed and handle life’s adversities. Participants are presented with the opportunity to consider their walk in life in relation to God’s incredible plan for them.

Have you been on an adventure with this camp? Tell others about it.

We don't know everything so please suggest a camp for consideration if you know of a camp that you feel meets this description:

  • The camp's primary goal is to share the word of Jesus Christ to Christians and Non-Believers
  • They use outdoor adventures as a primary method of helping individuals to experience God. ie: their adventures constitute a majority focus of their programming.
  • Examples of such adventures may include (but are not limited to) White water River Rafting, Rock Climbing, Backpacking, Hiking, Wilderness Trips, Kayaking, Spelunking, Mountaineering, Mountain Biking, Canyoneering...

We would love to personally visit each and every camp; unfortunately we are unable to do so. Our inclusion of camps is therefore partially based on outside recommendations and research. If you feel that a camp has been listed in error, or would like to tell us more about a camp, please fill out our camp questionnaire.
